During peak periods, FurMumma may request a 20% deposit on bookings. This is fully refundable with 7 or more days notice of cancellation in writing. If the notice is less than 7 days notice, the deposit will not be refunded. This is to cover to loss of revenue to the business having not been able to fill the space reserved for the original booking.
Loyalty Rewards Card FurMumma offers a loyalty reward stamp card to repeat clients. Receive a stamp for each individual booking made and once the card is filled to the ‘paw print’ (14 individual service bookings), the client will be entitled to $20 off their next booking. The loyalty rewards card needs to be presented to FurMumma during the booking to receive a stamp. For home visits and/or walking, it is suggested that the card be left on the kitchen bench or another accessible location. Once the card has been filled, the card must be surrendered to FurMumma to redeem the $20 credit. FurMumma reserves the right to discontinue the loyalty rewards card program.
This program has been discontinued and replaced with “client of the month” program.
Referral Cards FurMumma rewards existing clients for referring new clients. A $10 service credit will be gifted to the referrer for each new client who books using a referral card with their name listed under the ‘Referred by’ section. Redeemable once the first service is booked and payment is received from the new client. This card must be surrendered to FurMumma by the referred client. The referred client must not have used FurMumma’s services before or previously enquired organically. Only a single $10 credit can be used by the referrer on their next service. If they accumulate multiple $10 credits, these may be used separately on future services. The $10 credit may be applied to any service or group of services as long as the total balance is over $50. FurMumma reserves the right to discontinue this $10 referral incentive.
